Born on May 25, 1978, in Pasco, Washington, to Bradley Urlachaer and Lavoyda Urlacher, Brian was the two brothers’ elder. His parents got divorced when he was too young, and his mother raised them both in Lovington, New Mexico, where he attended high school.
Football interested him right from his teens, and he spent most of the time playing or training in weight rooms. He played for the high school team and led the Wildcats to victory in a division 3-A championship. He was honored with state-level recognization in football and basketball.
