Biography and Early Life
Khabib was born in Sidi’s village in the Tsumadinsky District of the Dagestan ASSR on September 20, 1988. He has two siblings: his older brother Muhammad Nurmagomedov and his younger sister Amina Nurmagomedov. When his father moved from Sildi to Kirovaul, he converted the basement of their two-storeyed house into a gym. Khabib’s interest in martial arts started to develop when we watched students train in the gym.
