Richard Bertrand Spencer was born on May 11, 1978, in Boston, Massachusetts to his parents Sherry and Rand Spencer. His father was an ophthalmologist, and his mother was an heiress who worked at the cotton farms in Louisiana.
He spent most of his childhood days in Dallas, Texas. Spencer graduated from the St. Mark’s School of Texas in the year 1997.
